PhoneSkope products all carry a lifetime warranty ( Excludes Pyro Putty products), if your kit fails please notify us right away and we will happily replace this with proof of fault. (This could be a photo / video or in some cases we'll ask you to send it back to us)
If there's a problem with your order and this was on a rare occasion a packing error by our team please contact us via email at Dani@phoneskope.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We can refund or exchange most things within 14 days of your order. We are unable to refund or exchange items that have been misused or soiled.
PhoneskopeNZ does not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind so please read all relevant information and if you're unsure if the kit is right for you please get in touch.
If you have accidentally supplied the incorrect information or simply made a mistake in ordering the wrong part we are happy to exchange this for you however you will need to pay the associated shipping fee.
Mail it back to us in the original packaging and please include your order number, phone number, address and reason for returning it. We'll get in touch with you as soon as it arrives. A replacement part will be sent out to you once the shipping fee has been paid.

In some cases we may issue a refund if we can not supply your required parts.
We will send you an email to notify you that we are unable to fulfil the order and a full refund will be issued within 10 working days.
